CARE Team (Community Advocates Reaching Everyone) formed out of a need for education and additional services for individuals dealing with mental health issues. CARE team members represent professionals in the field; educators, parents and others who have experience with mental health problems. The group works in conjunction with Boone County Health Center and the five counties they serve.
